We proudly ship from Toronto, ON, Canada and the Greater Toronto Area.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
We will be unable to make any changes to your order after the order has shipped. Please ensure you have entered the correct ship-to address.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. Should orders return back to us, you will be provided a refund excluding the shipping amount paid, and ask you to re-submit a new order with the corrected shipping address.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking Number: A tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email for all shipped orders. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
Tracking Updates: Tracking updates will be available once the carrier scans the package. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after receiving your shipping confirmation.

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping services for all domestic orders within Canada. Delivery times may vary based on your location but generally range from 3 to 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping generally takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

‣ Within Canada, we mainly use Canada Post, however we may also use Canpar, FedEx, Intelcom, Purolator, UPS, or any other carrier.
‣ Local pickup and local delivery may be available, please contact us for more information and for a rate.
‣ Northern, remote and rural locations may require additional time.
Canadian Shipping Rates:

We ship orders to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Our courier forwards parcels to Niagara Falls, NY for induction mainly into the USPS system, however we may use FedEx and UPS as well.

‣ Delivery times may vary based on your location but generally range from 3 to 10 business days for USA-bound shipments.
‣ Remote and rural locations may require additional time.
‣ In a very unlikely and rare event that customs, duties, fees, or taxes are incurred for import, UlkaPumps.com is not responsible for these charges.

UlkaPumps.com offers shipping to international locations outside of Canada and the USA.For international destinations, we may use APC, DHL, FedEx, PostNL, UPS or any other carrier.
Customs Fees: Please note that international orders shipped from Canada may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Customs Clearance: Delays in customs clearance may occur and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs procedures.
